This is where you will see the price change to GBP. This is converted at the current conversion rate of the day you and time your purchase, which mean you will not pay anymore than what you would have in your own currency. Sometimes it can work in your favour and be cheaper.
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Please be aware that some countries can charge a small customs fee and you would need to check with your countries customs for items coming in from overseas. The customer is solely responsible for any import duty/VAT.

The average shipping time that our products are being delivered to our customers is 5-14 working days from shipping.
Our shipping can sometimes take from 5-25 working days depending on where you live in the world and which one of our global factories we ship your item from. It can also depend if we are shipping Knives or liquid, this can also lengthen the shipping time because of the nature of the product.

The duration of the shipping depends on the product and the location.
We ship from several warehouses around the world. Usually, it will take around 5 – 14 Working days for the order to be delivered. However, some countries can take longer with certain customs clearance.

This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world – from Thailand and China to Morocco. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.
Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 2-4 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn’t arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. This is usually within 30mins to 1hr of placing your order
If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2-4 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.
Unfortunately, we can not cancel your order once it has been placed.
We are very sorry but, there is no way of stopping the order because our system is automated.
The reason we are unable to cancel your order is that it has already been processed and sent to our shipping dept.
You will need to wait for your item to arrive and then you can ship it back to us for a full refund if you wish. If you would like to do this please email us once your item arrives so we can forward you the returns information.
Any shipping costs will not be refunded though, and the shipping will be your responsibility.
- The buyer made the order by mistake or no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honour if we want to continue offering great value at iWantZone. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors which result in your products to be damaged. If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please write to us at email@example.comLet us know the problem and don’t forget to attach a photo or video so we can address the issue clearly.
We will send a replacement if the customer requests for one.
